Powerful Contact Form Builder: A highly functional contact form app for Shopify
I often use this app instead of Shopify's standard contact form. In addition to being able to set up auto-response emails, the paid version is convenient because it allows you to create and update customer information, tag the content, and link notes. (Tags and notes overwrite existing content, so care must be taken when using them.)
