By creating your own all collection on Shopify, you can control which products are displayed and in what order.
Shopify has a collection "collections/all" for displaying all products, but it automatically displays all products and cannot be operated from the admin screen. Therefore, by creating your own all collection, you can control the products to be displayed and the order in which they are displayed.
