How to get random numbers with Shopify's template language Liquid

There is no random function in Shopify's template language Liquid, but it seems there is a way to apply milliseconds like this. I see, if milliseconds are counted quickly, it's like generating random numbers every time.

Is there any way to generate random number with liquid shopify?
