[Dawn] Example of setting to display a notice box below the account title on the Shopify theme "Dawn" account page

Since Shopify's account page only has one account section, you can't add another section between the page title and order history by default. Here's an example of how to add an announcement box using custom Liquid.

How to set it up: Add a customized Liquid section to the "Customer Account" template and insert the code.
