Shopify Flow can be integrated with spreadsheets, so we can extract and log part of the order data to perform simple calculations, such as calculating the daily discount usage rate.
Example of setting up Shopify Flow to link with a spreadsheet for simple calculations
[Setup Method (Flow)] When an order is created, the order ID, order date, and whether or not a discount was used are linked to a spreadsheet.
[Setup method (spreadsheet)] Use pivot tables, etc. to aggregate purchase data based on the sheet containing it.
