How do I include metafield values in my store's search results?
These meta fields contain valuable data, but is there a way to make sure that the search bar also includes that data?

Metafield values are not searchable in Shopify store search
Metafields have become increasingly useful, such as automatically suggesting items when you select "Category" on the Shopify product details management screen, but they still do not appear to be included in site searches. To make a product appear in a search, you will need to take measures such as adding the same value as a separate product tag.
