This is a setting example for placing a contact form in the footer of the Shopify theme "Dawn". The contact form section is basically intended to be used within a page, but you can also place it as a block element in the footer by reusing the code.
Example of how to add a contact form to the footer of the theme "Dawn"
[Settings Step 1] Add a new block element to the "footer.liquid" scheme (omit ja.schema.json)
[Settings Step 2] Move the contents of "contact-form.liquid" almost as is, adjusting some of the styles, as a block element added to "footer.liquid"
