If you use the Shopify app Matrixify, you can also import/export data from the "Content > Files" section in bulk. You can get the "URL for each file" from the exported data, so you can use this to download files in bulk, which is convenient for easily backing up files.
For "Content > Files" that are difficult to back up, we recommend using Matrixify to get the file URLs and then downloading them all at once.
